MADISON, WISCONSIN, January 8, 2007, WKOW TV Channel 27 morning talk show “Wake Up Wisconsin” will be interviewing the Chris Farley Foundation and the Aaron Meyer Foundation on Tuesday, January 9 at 6:44am.  Tom Farley, Chris’s Brother, and Tom Meyer, Aaron’s Dad, will discuss the recent partnership between the two Foundations and the opening of Aaron’s House.

Aaron’s House, scheduled to open August 2007, is an alcohol and drug-free home where young men ages 17-25 will live and support one another while continuing their education. It’s a 3-year pilot project spearheaded by the Aaron Meyer Foundation in partnership with the Chris Farley Foundation and Connections Counseling, LLC.  Each is located in Madison, Wisconsin.

The Chris Farley Foundation is dedicated to educating the next generation about the risks and dangers of alcohol and other drug abuse.  They achieve maximum effectiveness by employing comedy to reach their audience with a motto of Think. Laugh. Live.

Both foundations namesakes battled with substance abuse and were Madison area natives. To learn more about either foundation, call Stacy Ozanne (608) 358-4499 or visit www.ChrisFarleyFoundation.com and www.AaronMeyerFoundation.org
